Welcome to Holiday Go Trip. These terms govern your use of our website and booking of tour packages. Please read them carefully.
Your booking is confirmed only after we receive full or partial payment and send you a written confirmation email.
• 50% advance payment is required at the time of booking.
• Remaining 50% must be paid at least 15 days before the tour starts.
• All payments are non-refundable except as per our cancellation policy.
We reserve the right to make small changes in the itinerary due to weather, road conditions, or any unforeseen circumstances. We will always try to give you the best alternative.
You are responsible for having a valid passport, visa (if required), and travel insurance. You must follow all safety instructions given by our team.
Holiday Go Trip acts only as a facilitator. We are not responsible for any loss, injury, delay, or damage caused by hotels, transport providers, or any third party.
We are not liable for any delay or cancellation due to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or any event beyond our control.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of Jaipur courts only.
